Our night patrols are staffed and conducted by our Overnight Operations Managers, not entry‑level guards. This means every response is handled by trained decision‑makers who understand escalation, liability, and proactive incident management—not just passive observation.

Unless a specific on‑site duration or arrival window is requested, we intentionally vary our patrol timing. This “consistently inconsistent” approach helps prevent patterns from forming, making it difficult for criminals or unauthorized individuals to predict when we will be on site.
