Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to our website www.drsprotect.com the DRS Protect mobile application (the "App") and DRS Protect, Inc. ("We," "Us," "Our," "DRSP"), collectively the "Platform,"  and governs data collection and usage. DRSP and its Platform are designed to provide a website and mobile app to connect security Guards to Customers or Clients. By using our Platform, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. In addition to this Privacy Policy, please review our Terms and Conditions. 

DRSP may collect personally identifiable information in order to provide you with our products and Services and/or comply with employment laws. This information may include your:

iii. E-mail address

iv. Phone number

v. Employer

vi. Job title

viii. Gender

If you purchase DRSP's products or Services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. Click here to view the Quickbooks Privacy Policy.

We do not collect any personal information from you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us to become an employee of DRSP or when you elect to purchase our products and Services. These may include a.) registering an account; b.) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our affiliates; c.) signing up for special offers from selected third-parties; d.) contacting us; e.) submitting your credit card or other payment information when purchasing our products or Services. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to our Services and/or products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future. 

DRSP collects and uses your personal information to operate and deliver the Services you have requested and/or to comply with employment laws. DRSP may also use your personal information to inform you of other products or services available from DRSP and its affiliates.

DRSP does not sell, rent, or lease customer lists to third parties. DRSP may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for Services. DRSP may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to: a.) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with the legal process served on DRSP or our Platform; b.) protect or defend the rights or property of DRSP; and/or c.) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of Users of the Platform or the public. 

DRSP has policies and procedures in place to secure and protect your personal information. Further, the security of the DRSP App is owned and managed by Connecteam, Inc. Connecteam has security measures in place such as encryption and two-factor authentication.

We strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, you acknowledge that a.) there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the Internet which are beyond our control; and b.) security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through our website or App cannot be guaranteed. 

Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will delete your personal information from our records and direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records. Please note that we may not be able to comply with your request to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:

i. Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between you and us;

ii. Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for that activity;

iii. Debug to identify existing errors that impair existing intended functionality.

iv. Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise their right to free speech, or exercise another right provided for by law;

v. Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act;

vi. Comply with employment laws related to record keeping timeframes;

vii. Otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.

DRSP prohibits persons under the age of 18 to use the Platform and therefore, does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of eighteen with the exception of documenting pertinent information within an incident report. 

From time to time, DRSP may contact you via e-mail or text for the purpose of providing announcements, alerts, promotional offers, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. If you would like to stop receiving promotional communication from DRSP reply "STOP" to any email or text message. 

DRSP stores your data on servers provided by thrid party hosting vendors.
