Think of it as the on‑demand model for professional security services. Once a client requests coverage, the assignment is published to a large pool of approved Flex Officers. Officers claim available jobs on a first‑come, first-served basis, and coverage is deployed quickly, efficiently, and only when it’s needed. This model allows us to staff non‑traditional, rapidly changing, or intermittent security assignments with speed and reliability.

The Flex Program is a strong solution for one‑off or recurring events, short‑term or temporary security needs, seasonal operations, construction or project‑based assignments, croperties with fluctuating risk levels, clients who need coverage for a few days, then pause, then restart later.

It is also an excellent option for organizations that do not need or cannot justify full‑time on‑site guards or patrol, but still want professional security presence when it matters most.

Once enrolled in the Flex Program, your contract remains active for the entire year, pricing, scope, and options are locked in, and you can start, stop, and restart service as needed.
